Training Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all training, professional development events, online courses and related services provided by Castiglione Consulting Ltd.
By booking a place on any training event or purchasing access to an online course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings may be made:
Online via card payment, or
Via invoice request through the Invoice Booking form.
For invoice bookings, payment terms are 28 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Places are confirmed upon receipt of payment or official purchase order confirmation.
Castiglione Consulting Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to an event where payment has not been received in accordance with agreed terms.
3. Live Online Events
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the event.
4. Face-to-Face Events
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 28 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 14 and 27 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the event.
5. On-Demand Courses
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided no course materials have been accessed.
Once course content has been accessed, purchases are non-refundable.
Access to on-demand courses is granted for the period stated at the time of purchase.
6. Recordings
Where live sessions are recorded, recordings are made available to registered participants for the stated access period.
Recordings and materials are provided for individual professional use only and must not be shared, distributed or reproduced without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, recordings, slide decks and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of Castiglione Consulting Ltd.
Materials may not be reproduced, shared or distributed beyond the registered delegate(s) without prior written consent.
8. Certificates and CPD
CPD certificates will be issued following verification of attendance or completion in accordance with course requirements.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure completion requirements are met.
9. Event Changes and Cancellation by Us
Castiglione Consulting Ltd reserves the right to:
Make reasonable changes to event content or speakers, or
Cancel or reschedule an event where necessary.
In the event of cancellation by Castiglione Consulting Ltd, a full refund will be offered.
Liability is limited to the fee paid for the event.
10. Limitation of Liability
Castiglione Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant training or course.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
